I am an ex body and paint specialist, and an expert in this trade with the credentials to back it up . I know this business very well. And I would like to say that 911 Collision Center did an extraordinary job ! In every aspect from notification of status, the quality of materials the workmanship the finish product was exactly like I had done it myself. I don’t know any other shop in San Antonio that can produce this quality, and I have total trust and confidence in their work, I will give reference to all my friends that this shop goes above and beyond and has all my trust and confidence in saying this . I got to talk to the owner Rudy Gutierrez and a lot of his staff and they all seam to be an excellent fit for their task , to produce the highest level of collision and paint work available in San Antonio. Customer care service. That is hard to find these days . They are all like a tight net family that live and breathe their business. They are truly amazing ! yes, the entire team was very helpful even when there was a minor issue behind the bumpe wasn’t painted black and you can see the red come through. They were able to take care of everything same day. I’m very grateful for their service and help.
