Everything went smooth. I was constantly updated on progress. Darlene was very professional. I'd like to say Rudy Gutierrez sold me on the service. I was very concerned, and I am familiar with body work. Rudy answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers, and put me completely at ease, to the point I felt my vehicle would be in good hands.
