    "Manny was great from start of repair to completion. He put my fears at ease and he completely understood my situation as the car was only a month old when it was rear-ended. He took the time to explain the process of what was going on and called me when he said he would. You don't find that type of customer service nowadays. I work at Home Depot and I am the customer service specialist and I deal with customers on the daily. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Manny and his crew provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Caliber Collision."
