The first week of the repair process, I would have appreciated more communication and updates regarding the progress of my vehicle, as I initially had to reach out myself for information. Once communication got going, the updates were much better, and I appreciated the team keeping me informed whenever I checked in. Although there are still a couple of things waiting to be completed, I was very grateful that they were able to return my vehicle to me in the meantime. That was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean my car was when I picked it up, both inside and out. It looked wonderful, and that little extra care truly made my day! I appreciate the work the team has put into my vehicle and their willingness to work with me throughout the process."
