I have to say, I was taken back by the professionalism of the team I worked with. Ana was amazing at communicating, and her knowledge of her trade was refreshing. I also worked with JD, he was very knowledgeable as well. I am thankful to have worked with Caliber, they made a commitment to customer service and its shows. Thanks again Ana and Jd for your help in meeting expectations. Sandy,"

I was well informed and got routine status updates and was my car repair was even completed early. Plus I got there right before closing time and was helped in a friendly manner even though I kept the time late! And they took my rental car back to the rental agency. The repairs looked great, paint and replacement door. And my car was detailed so it was cleaner than when I brought it in! Would definitely recommend to someone needing a repair."
