Rich responded quicker than one would expect from anywhere whenever I had a question, or inquired if anything. He went above and beyond to get everything done right and as quickly as possible. He also explained in detail what was needed and how he would do it. The vehicle looks brand new. If you need buddy work done this is a great choice.

The car looks better than new. A-1 BODY SHOP did an amazing job! It looks great, drives great. They do great every time: my 4th visit and always happy with the repair. Also clear, wonderful and empathic communications. Strongly recommend.

The paint job you did was like an amateur, come on have some craftsmanship in the work you do! What you thought insurance was going to pay you to smoke crack all day long?! Clown what do you know about cars other than doing sand/ shine jobs and playing with silly putty?! Your idiot kid ripped the bumper off skimmed wires now I spent my time off still not able to fix a problem you created. Won’t man up to anything and got a poor excuse for everything. Did shoddy work I’m telling people to stay away from your snake pit!
