I was told that it would take a little over a week to make the repairs to my car. It actually took a little under a week, which would be a good thing under normal circumstances, but I got a call from A-1 Body Shop at around 4pm with a message to come to pick up my vehicle. Since the shop closes at 4:30pm and I did not have access to my phone before 4:30pm (being as though I was at work) I now have to wait til monday to pick up my car. I'm stuck with a rental that I will likely not be able to have insurance cover the cost of since the car was technically ready for pick-up at the very end of the day. I just feel poorly informed about the timeline. Here's hoping the end result will look good once the shop reopens for me to get my car on Monday.

The owner of the shop came in on a Saturday ao I could get my car. This allowed me to avoid overge charges on the rental I had to use while my car was in the shop that woukd prevent the Insurance company from reimbursing me for the rental. I am very happy that he did this

Everyone was extremely nice and they got the job done in a timely manner! They even went above and beyond and cleaned my car inside and out! I definitely need you guys to call me tomorrow. I’m not sure if the electrical harness wasn’t connected properly or if it’s the wrong one but the tailgate doesn’t work, the backup camera stays on, the back driver side blinker is malfunctioning and my license plate is melted.
