The work was good - even though we had to return for three missed brackets. I’m happy with the quality of repair but I am not happy with the lack of communication throughout.

While the employees were friendly on the phone and in the shop, I was disappointed with a lack of communication. I was never given an estimated completion date, even though because I went through a State Farm preferred shop. I was supposed to be given a guaranteed completion date. The shop never called us to give us an estimated completion time. We were the ones that had to call the shop. I understand timelines are tricky, but I expect a bit of communication. If the first date given isn’t possible that’s fine but keep me informed. Don’t make me do the work to get the information.
