Was pleased with the daily updates and attention to detail. I appreciated how thorough Brad was. Especially as it related to a car sensor issue the car may have that had nothing to do with the collision repair. Was particularly blown away how clean my car was inside and out. I wasn’t expecting a “car detail” level of cleaning. I was speechless and very appreciative of going above and beyond in that way. Having someone hit and damage your car is extremely inconvenient, but the staff at Carstar was super nice and accommodating which made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!!
