Sharon kept me updated on almost the daily basis in terms of the progress of our repairs. My wife and I picked up our vehicle this evening, and I must say that I think our car was cleaner today than the day I purchased it new from Toyota over a year ago. Outstanding organization!

Took my 2007 Saturn sky redline to the Chevy dealership in Waterford after being rear-ended by a mail truck. The dealership refused to even remove the bumper to fix it. Carstar was recommended to me by a friend. I called them and they got me in within 2 weeks and fixed all the damage within two weeks and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs any collision work done. They had no problem removing the bumper or any other part of the car. Excellent workmanship and a beautiful paint job. Sharon and Ken are very personable and keep you informed on what's going on with your vehicle. Extremely satisfied!

Have a 2007 Saturn Sky redline. That was rear-ended by a mail truck. Took it to Long Hammer Chevrolet and they refuse to even remove the bumper to repair it. I was referred to carstar by a friend and they were absolutely fantastic. Ken and Sharon kept me updated constantly on my vehicle, scheduled it within 2 weeks, and it was finished in the two weeks that they said it would take. Car looks like it just came out of the factory. Highly recommended!

The repairs were made in days and was perfect, i couldn't tell that there was ever a repair. The staff was very professional and polite. My car was spotless clean when I went there to pick it up which I was not expecting.
