staff was great at responding to questions, also I had a loaner car with some trouble and they provided me with a different loaner vehicle to replace it

I made a request for certain repairs to be done on my car however, they were not done, although they were indicated on the final paperwork I received. I asked why they were not done, when I picked up my car; I was told I could talk to the Mechanic. I had requested to have the repairs done even if they were not covered by the insurance claim. My car was with you for 26 days. I still don't understand why the repairs were not done.
