Quality of the work was good. Coms is poor. Timing projections were erratic, inconsistent, and not proactive. We had to reach out for updates only to find out things shifted to the right. Rental car coms and waiting list were inconsistent.

Very rude receptionist, I always got her eyes rolled at me like a child and an attitude every time I came in. Gary was nice so was his crew they were much better at explaining things to me. And I could tell they were annoyed with me but hey I gotta look after myself and I will do that as I see fit. I don’t need an adult telling me to go away when my car is sitting in your shop completed or not completed (Yes she said that among other things.) so to rate the front desk I’d give it a 1 and for Gary I’d give him a 10 so we even out to a overall 5.
