Max did an awesome job keeping me in the loop with what was going on with the repair. I don't know much about cars but he was able to dumb it down to the point where I could understand everything. Car looks better than it did when I first bought it. Free loaner was nice, no complaints about a free fusion to drive around for a couple days.
