My husband and I were impressed with the personable man who examined our car and how quickly once they called us that the part had come in they were able to paint the part and get the car back to us...roughly 48 hours! We did not have to go through renting a car. The inconvenience was so minimal.

It will help if you guys can notify the customer when the insurance company does not cover something. For example, I had to pay out of pocket 130 for a tire and I couldve saved that money. My inaurance only covered half.
