Al at A&B Auto Body kept us updated on every step of the insurance estimate, approval, and repair process. Due to earlier storm and hail damage to numerous vehicles in the area, we completely understood upfront the wait for a repair appointment, but we are satisfied that A&B scheduled our repairs as soon as it was possible, & kept to their word. Kudos also to "Mrs. Al" on the phone, with her patience and immediate answers throughout the entire process.
