The staff at Carstar in Maryville were professional, timely, and pleasant to work with! I never waited long in the shop. They were responsive to questions, and took care of things with my insurance company. They arranged for a rental, so I didn't even need anyone to pick me up or drop me off. When I had a concern about my vehicle, someone drove in it with me to make sure we were all seeing the same thing. It was very helpful and they made sure the job got done. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I was frustrated with the date of my pick up being pushed back, which I know to some extent is outside of their control. However, when you have rental coverage that expires you’re now out-of-pocket for an insane amount of money. Which is what happened in my case.

Great service. Car was finished on time and they kept me updated almost daily. Repair looks great.
