I was told the insurance person would look at the car the next day otherwise I would have had the car repaired in NJ. It was not looked at for several days. And I called twice to say I would be out if the state so I couldn't pick it up until July 6 and I still got a call when it was ready asking if I could pick it up that day, when I was still on vacation. It is an inconvenient location from my house. Expensive to get to from NJ
