I am so very pleased at the AWESOME repair and wash job. Ironically you also fixed a couple years ago same model for same reason accident that occurred. The honesty, integrity professionalism and swift turn around with getting my vehicle back to me is greatly appreciated. Will for sure always recommend A&B Collision. The body worked look great, when I pulled out five minutes on the highway, the engine light came on. I brought it into a mechanic, and the back bumper that was installed the sensor was not calibrated. He calibrated it for me that we looked at the bill that you gave us and it showed calibration completed 25% mark up and you were paid, but the work was never done.

A&B has taken care of me so many times. This time specifically was an emergency, I suffered a hit and run right before a my move across country. It was less than a week before the ladies were keeping me updated & I was back with my car. The level of service here is superb and Im not sure if you saw my comment it was less than a week !! How could you beat that ? Shoutout to Khalid, hopefully spelling his name correctly. He has always done my walk through and is extremely professional, always honest. Thank you A&B so much for all you’ve done over the years. Truly a gem to Staten Island & top of the line when it comes to Collision repair. Infinity/infinity if I could rate you all higher.

It was a very satisfactory experience with A&B Collision. Everyone was professionally friendly and courteous, the reception area was very clean Communication was excellent, even when it was confusing with the insurance company’s estimate of when the work would be completed. Moreover, my car looks like it was repaired perfectly, and is super clean. I also appreciate that my personal items that were in the car and probably in the way (I didn’t realize that)were put carefully in a bag and placed in my trunk. Thank you.
