Please give me a call, the 2016 Arcadia that was repaired has an electrical issue that is related to the damage. The radio volume, interior entry/exit lightning, audible turn signal indication & rear monitor. These components were functional before the damage and failed due to water from the broken windshield. The melted snow and /or the heavy rain we had the day the vehicle was dropped off is the obvious culprit. I’m very satisfied with the aesthetic repairs however I’m disappointed I picked up not realizing your staff overlooked this. Please contact me that we can make this right.

It was the first time my Sienna was ever in a shop. I was concerned. But, they did not disappoint. You are respectfully greeted by the front office staff. Then had an opportunity to discuss the end result Everything is working beautifully. The last person I met, Mootie offered to look over issues which were flawlessly remedied. First class treatment from start to finish - no question. It looks brand new. Even the interior was addressed beautiful car wash. It is nice to know there is still someone out there who takes pride in their work.
