My son's 2018 Subaru Impreza collided with a deer. It was a mess. When I took him to pick it up after repairs were completed, the car looked like a brand new car. My son said it drove great.

The repair was excellent! We took the car for the initial evaluation in late November. We took the car in for the work in late January. They did turn the repair around within 5 days. The owner did a very good job of explaining that it would take a long time because of the backlog of work and difficulty in getting parts. We were prepared for the long wait to get repair completed, but it was certainly longer than I would have preferred. I had checked with two other body shops approve by State farm. Both had almost exactly the same wait time for repairs. So, the issue is with the industry and not just Proctor"s.
