Cody originally had the claim. We ran into issues with parts and we actually brought parts down from Minnesota. Brad took over the claim, and I informed the receptionist when I dropped off the car where the parts were- shock absorber in the front cabin, other parts in back. They put it together wrong the first time, missing parts, and I had to leave it there for them to re-do the repair when they had all the parts there. It caused me extra days I had to pay enterprise etc.
