From intial contact to when I picked the car up, service was exceptional. I had previously called a different place the insurance company offered and they were not very friendly so my next phone call was A&D. It was a huge difference, the secretary was friendly, welcoming, and courteous - something I needed in that moment wondering what would happen to my vehicle. A&D made the process really easy in obtaining and dropping off my rental with them. They completed an exceptional job on my car. They kept me updated through every step and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend A&D Auto Body.

This body shop is amazing . The customer service was beyond my expectations. All the staff from front desk to Anthony to Chris were so wonderful to work with. When I got my car back on 4-30 it was Pristine. What a beautiful job. Highly recommend !
