My Experience

Eric did a phenomenal job when keeping me updated on how my car was getting prepared and all the stages it was going to go through along the way. Not only does my car look like it never got into an accident but it looks like a brand new car! Also my car was supposed to be ready August 18 but they were able to get it ready almost a week earlier than that. I am so grateful for their extraordinary service and they care about their customers.

Eric, was warm, accommodating and extremely helpful when I first dropped off my car. I was involved in an accident, and his calm and reassuring manner really made me feel better about the work that needed to be done and my decision to have my car repaired at caliber collision. He kept me up to date with the progress, and immediately recognized me when I came in a few days later to pick up my vehicle. HE KNEW MY NAME—this exactly what made the difference in bringing my car to Caliber for repair.

My service representative, Eric, was phenomenal and the receptionist at the front desk was upbeat and professional, exactly what you need when faced with collision repair after an accident. I’d definitely return again, for the same representatives!
