They were supposed to put brand new parts on my car but turns out they put reusable parts on my car instead. Never communicated what they were doing with my car let everything unknown unless I called in and asked what was going on. The entire 2 and a half week my car was in the shop I never got updates.

This shop has an amazing team. From the moment you walk in at the front desk to the moment you get your vehicle back. There are a lot of stressors that come with car accidents & this shops team really helps to make it as convenient as it can be to get through the process of vehicle damage and repairing said damage. I am grateful for their help and professionalism.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I was informed with everything that was happening to my car. Jorge and Tim are a great team together. They answered all my questions and explained, in detail, what may take place to repair the damages. What impressed me the most was their knowledgeable in every car brand. I will DEFINITELY have Jorge and Tim at Caliber Collison handle all my family's cars when need of body repairs!

Once again not much of an opinion. Visually did a good job. Function of the car wise, fairly meh.

The heat plate that got crumbled and is making a lot of noise is still making some noise. It appears they tried to flatten it out instead of replacing it. I also have some concerns the spare tire isn’t all the way up. And the car is having some issue accelerating past 60mph even in sports mode.

Absolutely not. I totally understand accidents happen. But the lack of communication and the delay in getting their mistake fixed is so frustrating.

The body work looks great and my car was completed on schedule. However, when I picked my car up, there is now a rip in my driver side leather seat! It looks like one of their employees had keys or a tool or something in their pocket and it cut my leather! When I spoke to Tim, the manager, he seemed more concerned wanting me to hold off on completing this survey than repairing the damage they did to my car. I held off on completing this, hoping Caliber would do the right thing. But Tim the manager has become unresponsive so my next step is contacting their corporate office, filing a complaint with the BBB and then consulting an attorney if they still won't fix the damage they caused to my car. So disappointed.
