I only had my brand new CRV for a couple weeks before it was in a rear ended collision. Naturally I was already feeling nervous to hand it over for repairs. Brandon eased my concerns by communicating the process and continued to keep me updated as the car was being repaired. Once I saw the repairs, I was surprised at the level of care that went into ensuring it looked brand new again. Thank you so much for your dedication! I greatly appreciate it.

I wasn’t satisfied. A few things bothered me about the process. Not getting the correct information and waiting for parts that should have been ordered when my jeep was disassembled. Main thing is that I took my jeep in with no check engine light and when I went to turn it on I now had a light. Justin kept coming up with excuses for the light. From what I was told is they hook up a scanner and it read these codes. Main was for the sensor in the back of my truck that he said when I got hit it could have triggered it. If it’s all about safety then why wasn’t that relayed to the insurance company. They obviously will pay. Wasn’t happy going in for one problem and coming out with another. Doesn’t make sense to me. When I have someone trying to repeat something to me like it’s going to make me understand doesn’t help. If this was your vehicle would that pass for you. Not happy and would not recommend
