Amazing job, couldn’t even tell anything ever happened to it! Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciated the detailing and wash my car received, really helped me get back to normalcy after my accident.

I appreciate the ease of cooperation that Caliber Collision enabled in getting my Suburu repaired expeditiously and with no bureaucratic hassles. The relationships with my insurance company and the Enterprise car rental company were smoothly incorporated in the process. Also Lew the chief repair technician was professional in his technical skills, and polite and friendly in all his dealings with me. My repaired Suburu really looks shining and new.

The whole process was easy from the start. We brought the car in got it evaluated. Our conversation about what was going to happen. Once the work got started I was kept informed of the progress. If I had a question I had no problem getting an answer. There was a problem with getting a replacement tire and worked it out. Looked over the repairs and very satisfied with the outcome. They messed up my driver seat window. It’s not rolling down and rolling up .when I handed my car to them it was completely up and fine but when I called them they were pretending I am having issue with it and wanting to pay for it to get fixed .
