Martin was outstanding making sure all tasks repairing my 2007 Honda Civic were completed and kept me informed on the progress all the way through until completion. When the car repair was completed the Fix Auto team even came to my house and picked me up and brought me back to Fix Auto to get my car so I did not have to pay someone else for the ride back to get my car. Well it was discussed that the expectation was going be about 5 days after drop off which it got extended which was fine but it got extended 3 times after that and most of it was after seeing the email that was sent out to USAA that I found out. I can understand delays but being honest would of been better and being prompt to call in order to update us would of been better than waiting for email updates with no additional update as to why. I rather take the extra steps to use caliber collision if I happen to need body service again even if I have to extend my appointment time.

I cannot say enough on the customer service received here. Tyler went above and beyond to work with the insurance company, and get me back into my car in no time at all. He even went the extra mile and patched a hole in my tire that I had no idea was there. And then to top it off, washed my car so I could see the quality work the team did on my car. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
