The people are All very kind and PROFESSIONAL. However, this particular visit was troublesome, in that it took 5 weeks to Repair, and then we had to return because a part was defective. We had to wait almost another 2 weeks to get the part in and we're now trying to get a compatible time to tKe back in We both Work and can't get there before 4:30, at Best. Shop.closes at 5. Techs are not there on Weekends. So, we are hopeful this will all turn out for the Better. But, thus far, we're not Happy..

People here are especially attentive, however the only item I tried to explain at the beginning was the repairs noted by our auto service company and basically that was completely ignored until we were told the unit was ready. Then the listening began. Possibly a good idea to hear your customer at the onset.
