Person in the front desk was really rud when I was trying to get the address to pick up my truck and rud when I got to the shop she had me filling up paperwork for an estimate when I had told her that I was there to pick up and after I was finish she tells me I don't need that paperwork really so I waited for someone to help me get my truck when the guy came to me it was someone I spoke in the phone about going with me and check ou the rental car for scratches and gasoline level before leaving it to them but when I was there he didn't go with me to show hem the car rental so I left

From the moment I first started talking to someone from the shop I felt like I was talking to an insurance adjuster and didn't sound like he care for what I have to said. and when I was going to pick up my truck the front desk lady was rude In the phone when I was just trying to get the address up on my arrive the same lady ones again rude talking to my like I was not happy with her job or like if I was there for no reason .after making me fill out paperwork that I didn't even need since I was just there to pick up not an estimate and after I have told her I was there to pick up not to stimate she told me I need to fill that paper and when I was almost done she goes and tells me I don't need to do anything just wait for someone when the guy came we when out side to check ou the truck and I had asked hem in the Phone I that we I want hem to check out the rental car for scratches and gasoline level before leaving it to them which he had agreed to but when I asked the lady in the front desk she told me no need for that so I when back to the guy I spoke to about it and he was no help ether so I left I was really disappointed specially since no one told me or ask for my permission to work on my truck all I knew was that the insurance company was trying to get an estimate I felt like I was a nobody just another paycheck for them they care more for the insurance then they do to the car owner
