My spouse picked up my car today and it had to be taken right back because they didn’t connect everything with my engine correctly. I do appreciate the fact that they came and towed my vehicle from its location and took it back to the shop and then brought it back to us but they should have did a test drive before we came and got it to make sure everything was good to avoid that whole situation. everything else was fine it was just that one thing. I’m just glad my car is fixed. Also the hours of operation are a little inconvenient it would be nice if they could be open a little later or at least open on Saturday because I couldn’t personally come back and pick my car because of their hours I had to send my spouse to go pick it up. Also I thought it was a little weird when I called for an update and they told me that the new radiator they put in had a leak. And had to order a new one and I’m like how does a new radiator have a leak? So I had to wait another day to come pick my car up because of that situation. I haven’t actually driven my car yet but I’m assuming everything is good with it now- hopefully. I appreciate A&D fixing my vehicle regardless of the hiccups

Service took longer than originally expected. There were a few small spots where body work was done and noticeable after paint. Tailgate sticks out further than before. Leftover broken pieces left in the bed of the truck. A cloth type bag was left on the center console. A plastic container with round washers was left wedged behind the passengers seat. Repaired passenger door has a wider gap than the drivers side, as if not alginate properly.
