Never met a kinder man than Athur ecept my husband of 58 years . Arthur went out of his way to fix my beloved red FIAT 500 , the Insurance Inspector said it was totally gone and they lied , I called him and he got the car to his shop, looked, called me and said … it was not totalled and went ahead and fixed it like NEW , I can highly recommend him and his Repair Shop . GREAT JOB , nice Manners , IM SO HAPPY I CALLED HIM OR I WOULD NOT HAVE MY CAR.

The customer service was absolutely great. Each time I called, they picked up, or they called me right back. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I had three body shops to choose from and hands down my decision was due to the interaction that I had with Authur and his team that made me choose A And E Body. After meeting with them I 100% believed in their capability to complete the job to my standards, and they did not disappoint.

I believe the work was done well and I have no dissatisfactionwith that. My only dissatisfaction is that Martha promised me a complementary alignment and that didn’t happen. She also told me that she would replace my front fender liners and attach them to my front bumper, even though it looked to me like the tabs had broken off the bumper, and that was not possible. Then it turned out that indeed it was not possible and she was not able to replace the front fender liners. Martha meant well for both of these things but she was mistaken. The shop was able to glue my front bumper in place at no charge to me and I appreciate that.

Excellent experience with A&E auto body!. Professional and friendly, they took great care of my vehicle, were very communicative and did an outstanding job on the repair, making my car look like new again. Definitely not a “turn the car around as fast and cheaply as possible” body shop. They worked diligently with my insurance to ensured that either new or the highest grade used OEM parts were utilized in the repair process. Their attention to detail and the final repair fit and finish are among the best I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely do business with them again in future as the need may arise. 5 Star experience all the way!

Brought my cat here for a minute repair. Staff was very quick with the estimate (same day) and I was able to get in the queue quickly for the fix. Upon completion, the repair was flawless- can't even tell anything happened! Would definitely recommend!

Kept me in the know , with my car, which Includes videos / photos , during repair . The woman that helped me was very friendly and responded back immediately….. used certified parts from the dealer on my car , and tinted my windows per my request…. All in a timely manner and the price for everything , was fair ….. not outrageous. Thanks. I recommend.

Maybe a guided walk around after the damages are repaired to make sure everything was completed to the customers satisfaction. This will eliminate any missed work and cause for a return visit.
