After waiting 5 months from the date of my estimate until I pushed to know when my car could be brought in for repairs, I was told to bring it in on a Monday, only to discover 2 weeks later that the repairs had not even begun (although I was eating into my rental car allowance for those two weeks). After complaining to the owner, repairs then began on my car and were promptly completed.

The delay between getting the repair estimate and the start of repairs was five months and then after they told me to bring the car in, no repair work had begun after two weeks (needlessly diminishing my rental car allowance). It was only after I complained loudly to the owner that they started repairs. The repair work, once begun, moved very quickly and I was kept informed of its progress. Upon completion of the repairs I asked for the lifetime warranty certificate on the repairs (which Nationwide told me I was entitled to). The company said they didn’t issue such certificates.

When your guys welded they tail pipe on they didn t protect the rest of the chrome and there are weld spalters all over it. then when you took off the parts next to things your replaced you didnt touch up the great paint where you broke the paint to disconnect it.
