Delivered coach to A-1 on 6Jul20 to repair rear storage compartment doors. Received email on 13Jul20 saying "will update in 2 days. Next contact 28Jul20 email "thanks for picking up coach? Work order closed. Coach was not actually picked up until 5Aug20, when contacted by A-1. Paid $3,133.77. for repairs. A-1 did not repair/replace interior trim on doors. I personally would not consider returning a unit to customer without a QC. I would prefer to be contacted by a A-1 representative other than Mr. Chavers. Thank you.
