They offered copies of the papers I signed (which is a sign of transparency to the customer). They explained the process, answered my questions, etc. There was a hiccup with my insurance saying they paid my deductible but the shop didn't receive it yet. The person I spoke to was nice and just recommended I check with the insurance. I guess insurance called you guys and said payment was on the way. I was expecting more of a hassle between the insurance company and your shop in terms of getting that payment to you, but it was resolved quickly without stress and my car was ready the same day.

From beginning to end, Diego was available to give us updates, was patient and thorough with explanations! He even went the extra mile to make a video reviewing the work on the car since we were not picking the car up ourselves. And once returned to us, the car was immaculate!! But not just Diego, all of the staff that we interacted with were responsive, helpful and reliable. We would absolutely recommend A&P to others. You will be well taken care of!
