The guy at the front was very nice. He even remembered my name. The lady in the front even helped me get the rental car started and how to change the gears. They were the only ones I saw and I was very impressed with them.

The repair & constant communication was excellent. Eden knows what she is doing as well as the staff. Very pleased but… one opportunity for improvement: i knew that the was a 3% credit charge fee ($262) but planned on paying with a company check. A+ does not accept any checks & i was not advised of this until payment time. So people that write A+ bad checks cost me $262. Perhaps you could make adjustments to this process ??? Paul Patterdon
