All good ...just one suggestion ...to be a little more proactive it letting customer know there will be a delay...no big issue but when you rely on a ride for pick up it's important to them ...thanks

Excellent job overall I was very pleased with the detail and cleanliness and organization of all my belongings very nice touch for sure I wish I could have them do this other side/other claim but I had prior commitments to that second claim yeah but yes car looks brand new
