Great experience. Mitch and his team were easy to work with, very responsive with emailed updates and letting us know where they were with the repair of our VW. Work was excellent looked better than new. I had a couple issues with a headlight not adjusted correctly and a check engine light on. They took it right in and fixed my concerns.

I thought they were going to replace the fabric skid plate under the engine that apoears to be dragging but it is still there. I had mentioned it to them when I dropped it if and they took pics.

Painted my hood without notice. There are many flaws in the hood UNDER the paint; poor prep work. Would not replace a broken motor mount that resulted forms the accident with insurance. I had out of pocket pay for that. I am taking with my insurance agent and if they do not cover the broken motor mount, I will seek another agency, FOR SURE!!!
