I was really disappointed in the way things were handled when I took the vehicle in for the estimate the 1st or 2nd of Dec. I was told they could start the repair on Dec.20th which was important because change of ownership of the vehicle was to take place on January 1st due to our business closing for retirement. The repair was not started until after the 20th of January over a month later with no apologies on their part for the delay. I finally had to transfer the ownership to the new owners of the truck while still in their shop and still no commitment for a start date poor way to handle this repair.

The repairs were super good, can’t even tell it was hit and I love it. The down fall of the company they kept extending the date to pick up my car, took 3 weeks to get it fixed.
