They treated me where they treated me was just that it was required to have the part we sent back and forth because it came in damaged so yeah I was kind of put out by that

Always have a great experience here. Mitch and his team are thorough and professional. I have used there shops a number of times now and feel I can trust in them to always do right by me. I would recommend there shops to any in the area needing both body work or mechanical work. 10/10

Unlike some of the other preferred Safeco body shops in the area. A Pro was able to do the estimate quickly, gave me an appointment to bring the car back to be fixed and off we went. The other places were making me wait over 3 weeks just for an estimate.... Not a good thing

Though the work done was great, absolutely no complaints there, the only thing I would mention is that I was notified that my car would be done one day, and later that day I was called and found out my car wouldn’t be out for a week. I made plans with friends to go to Seattle when I got the notification, thinking I would be able to go. I got everything prepared, and when I found out I wasn’t getting my car I realized I’d wasted money on camping food and supplies, and I had to cancel on my friends. In the future, please do not send out notifications unless the vehicle is genuinely being worked on. It was a major inconvenience for me as I spent nearly 200 dollars on supplies that could have been avoided if the notification was sent out when it properly should have.
