They did a great job on the repairs but I don't think I got the best customer service. I was told I was gonna be called back and that never happened! Nikki told me to call ask about the parts being that they sent the wrong parts twice the next morning if I didn't hear back from the shop To call back I called back and was told parts didn't come in til the afternoon never told what the deal with the parts coming in 2 times wrong it just felt like the run around. Finally I was in the area and stopped by and seen my car sitting outside with the front still disassembled and was told not only was they waiting on 1 part now they were waiting on 2 parts. This is the second time I had my car fixed here and the first time was better expirence than this time. I was totally in shock with the way my business was handled. If anytime I need service in the future I will try another place. On the bright side u guys do good work and I was happy with my car finally being fixed . Thanx for letting me leave comments as when I left the shop the look on my face told a story. Just being a repeat customer it should have been a better expirence.
