Very dissatisfied, over a month to receive my vehicle, many delays with incorrect parts ordered, slow communications, and at the end received a dirty vehicle with compound on the interior driver door and on my steering wheel, leaving the steering wheel stained and trash (old vehicle parts) thrown on my passenger side floor. Will not go back to A1 for repairs in the future. Kathryn was amazing and extremely helpful, which is the only reason I gave a 4 and not a 0.

I cannot even open my middle console compartment in a brand new car. I may now have to take trip to Cadillac to see if it can be repaired!! I had plenty of charge when the car was dropped off and barely had enough to get to charger when I got delivery after two weeks.

Very satisfied with the repair, very upset about a part on my trunk’s privacy cover missing. Returned to Boca Raton location today and manager said A1Body is not responsible, that they didn't touch it. Not correct because you have to roll it back to be able to get to the repair area. Will write a review about my bad experience.
