Overall, I was satisfied with the repair work and the staff was professional throughout the process. The rear-end damage looks good, and I appreciate the work that was done. My only concern is that I noticed the small triangle window/mirror on my 2019 Nissan Sentra appears to have been replaced. I also found broken glass on my seat, and the tint that was originally on that window is now gone. I’m planning to contact the dealership to see if they can address the window. Other than that concern, I was satisfied with my experience.
