John Garcia helped me repair the right side rear view mirror on my 2015 Nissan Altima. After an initial inspection John called me two days later to tell me needed parts were in and that I could stop by any time to have the repair completed. A couple of days later I did and was on my way again in about 40 minutes. I am very pleased with the professional and friendly service I received at ABC Collision and will be happy to recommend them.

While the paint work was nice, the seat belt on the passengers seat was damaged. I took the car back to Nissan. The representative said it had not happened during their work. I took the car to Subaru who kindly helped repair, and confirmed it had absolutely happened at ABC Nissan. The panel that holds the seatbelt mechanism had been taken out and not replaced correctly, and had also made a few scratches. This was disappointing, not to mention dangerous as the seatbelt could not retract. Fortunately, Subaru could fix the issue.

The final interaction was very disappointing so while the paint work was fine, I did not expect to have the seatbelt mechanism wrecked and on top up that have the representative be dismissive and deny responsibility. Subaru professionals could clearly see that the bracket that covers the seatbelt mechanism had been taken out and not replaced correctly and had also caused some scratches. So while the paint work on the door was nice, the damage to the seat belt mechanism was disappointing and dangerous . I took the car back to Nissan.
