They did not replace the bumper. Just painted the scratches an thr job was fine but a little costly.

Brought vehicle in on a Tuesday. Was told it would be ready Friday. Got a call from ABC on Tuesday, confirming readiness in Friday. No call Wednesday, so I called. After a couple of hand offs on the phone, was told it wouldn't be ready until the following Tuesday as some parts broke during the repair and they wouldn't be in until late Monday. I complained about the Enterprise rental car cost (by the way, it was filthy and out of gas when I was handed the keys to it and it was the only car available), so I was offered a Nissan loaner. I accepted and got a low end Sentra (to replace the Mercedes i was having repaired). It was cheap and uncomfortable. Again, no call on Monday, so I called and was told it would be ready Tuesday. All in all, never go back.
