The receptionist was personal, professional, and helpful. Barry updated me on the progress of the car. He went above and beyond a few extra fixes nc. Very pleasant, very professional. I so wish that was the case at Lincoln. Lincoln is getting better with the new gal who is manager. ABC Nisson collision is fantastic friendly, meets the needs of the customer. They are the few auto dealers who communicate with one another. Customer service is 10 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Phone calls not returned, extensive time to repair, finally cars ready, you wanted us to leave it one more for a quality inspection. Next day we get home and the other fog lamp was not working. Had to take it back in for you to fix it. Plus it was double the cost of another Body Shop. I would have addressed it but I got the estimate after the repair was completed. The text messages from Allstate never match where we were in the process. Not sure if that was a lack of information from you to the insurance company.
