Able Auto Painting & Body Shop is a 34 year old auto repair establishment located in Austell, Georgia. Our facility is approximately 18,000 square foot with sufficient secured parking. We utilize CCC One estimating system with digital imaging. As far as repairs and refinishing, we have 2 frame machines with a 3-D computer measuring system, a Unicure side downdraft heated spray booth along with a PPG DBC paint mixing system. Our shop is I-Car Gold and our staff and technicians continue to be I-Car, ASE and SP2 trained and/or certified.

Repairs were incomplete. My Mavis mechanic told me the car remains unsafe to drive and I could have been hurt or in an accident as a result of driving it. Can’t believe I waited a month and a half for Able Auto just to give me a car that isn’t even fixed.

Worst experience ever. Lack of communication about the status of my car - I had to call almost every day to get any kind of update and was told to keep waiting. The car was stuck at Able Auto for 1 1/2 months! I kept getting excuses about waiting for parts. When I finally picked up my car it was making grinding sounds and I felt unsafe driving it. I took it to a Mavis mechanic who shared that the repairs were incomplete. Never going to Able Auto ever again. This place should be taken off Liberty Mutual’s list of guaranteed repair shops.
