I had EXCELLENT service all around! My estimator was so nice and thorough in explaining the process and keeping me up to date. After removing parts, they found more damage, with the dealership to rectify and fixed it promptly. Abra had it in pristine condition. It looks like a NEW car! This is not our first time working with Abra, and I would go back and refer them time after time again! Excellent office staff too!

Extremely satisfied with the customer service from my estimator and the office crew as well as the outcome of a spotless job! The team went over and beyond dealing with the dealership and the extra findings of damage. I was so impressed they found the problem I had not even mentioned to them. Wow! I highly recommend their service. We have used them about 15 years ago and it’s still the great service!!

I hired another auto body shop to go over all the work that ABRA did to make sure it was done correctly because ABRA management gave me ample reasons to not trust their word. Within 500 miles (I was traveling) I had to take my vehicle to another shop because I had check engine light go on.

Between misrepresenting a timely repair schedule and the manager complaining about OEM parts and how much money they’re not going to make on the repairs and attempting to blame their delays my insurance company you can’t trust a word they say.

It took WAY too long to repair (~6 weeks). Work looks great. Cost was as expected. Time in shop was just under 8 weeks on the calendar. I regret not leaving it in Denver for repairs. The rental car costs would have been the same or less and I suspect the total time shorter.
