I’m kind of split here. The reviews that I read for your collision repair shop were quite mixed, and some people had some bad experiences with the repair. Communication seem to be a consistent problem as well. Fortunately, while it appears our car was fixed correctly, the communication was still an issue and I’d be hesitant to refer someone to you because of these two issues, especially the car repairs that weren’t done properly the first time on your reviews. Seeing that there is another place in town that is privately owned that appears to consistently get top reviews. If I had to do it all over again I probably would have gone there.

We’ve only had the car for a couple days, but everything seems well put back together and in comparing the opposite side where there was no damage with the side that was repaired. Everything looks very good.

While I wish I could give you a 10 here as well it would be more of a seven. Like others who I read about from reviews, communication was spotty regarding when the car would actually be ready and when we called to try and arrange a definitive pick up time on the day the car would be ready. We never received a call back. This would’ve been helpful because we had other errands to run in Durango and wanted to coordinate our schedule. Everything worked ok but a little frustrating that nobody could find time to call us back and give us a good answer.

The rating would have been a 10 until the wheel about came off. The front of my car because you didn't tighten the lug. Nets. Could have been extremely tragic. Very crowded highways that day. Front drivers side.

Service shop was honest that they were fully booked and that this Repair would take some time. They continued to communicate on progress made and ckmpleted the work to our satisfaction. This was a much better experience than we had with the Littleton dealership. Many thanks.
