I took my car 8-7-2026. It is still there. I have been paying out of pocket for my rental. I also have been getting conflicting messages & zero communication other then text messages that I find to be incorrect.

Only problem was I never got a hold of anybody, I was always put on a callback list and never got to speak with anyone the 4 weeks my vehicle was there. I had to get updates thru my insurance adjuster. It was frustrating.
