If there was A 0 would put a 0 on because customer service sucked. tech was lazy as heck. They had a whole month 3 weeks to be exact to finish my car, and when it came back, my car was shaking, they didn't replace the two damaged wheels. They only replace one wheel and 1 tire. My car is a Subaru. When you get new tires, you're supposed to get off 4, not just one, so I had to buy 3 new tires out of my own pocket. Like I said earlier They barely wanna do their job. The lady in the front desk have a big attitude. I will never recommend this shop to nobody. Don't waste money, go up north more or either malica. I guess I was the unlucky one. You should take your business somewhere else.Guys don't go to them , lazy workers

Replacement of 4 channels on my Jeep Renegade proved to be a challenge! First on backorder, then parts arrived damaged! First attempt once they arrived ended with 2 front tearing immediately and other issues with channels. Rear were not torn, but very wrinkly. I was very disappointed with the product! Todd reordered the channels at my request. Once the channels arrived and we set up a date to replace them - the rear ones had smoothed out and were satisfactory to me. The front were worse - completely torn and the driver's side window was going up and down wonky. The two front channels were replaced and the results were very good. Smooth, no tearing and window had no issues. I appreciate Todd's support and dedication through it all. My experiences with Abra have been exceptional. Although challenging product - the end results and dedication to take of the customer- are what matter most to me. Started with Todd and ended with Todd and supported by those in between. Thank you!
